They do not create a supply commitment, warranty, exclusivity arrangement, reserved inventory position or confirmed price unless a separate written agreement is completed by authorized parties.

No Automatic Specification Approval

Any resin, elastomer or packaging discussion must be validated by the buyer through testing, compliance review and production qualification before commercial use.
